Zonal access
Authzone tracks each scan of your attendee’s accreditation. Combining this movement data with zonal configuration, Authzone Security AI can determine the legitimacy of each scan by assigning a risk score. Your event security team will be informed of any potential security risks through our software.
Zonal Heat Mapping
Overlay our heatmap feature to each configured zone to track the count of guests in each zone.
Authzone Security AI will notify the Operational teams of any high number of scans or reduced attendance over a particular time and provide a recommended number of security or steward attendance in each zone.

For your larger and high-profile events, you can utilise the Authzone team onsite to consult with the event security to ensure seamless use of our software and equipment to provide the highest level of security possible.
If you want full tracking at your event across the entire venue or just in specific locations, our standalone equipment can be used to track your physical accreditation badges from a distance* which can monitored from the Authzone operations dashboard.
Automated Access For Vehicles
Using ANPR cameras OR wireless scanners, provide automated access to car parks at your events.
Authzone can install temporary equipment including barriers, ANPR cameras and accreditation scanners to provide automated access to the vehicles of your guests.
Configure access for your corporate vehicles or guest vehicles within the Authzone management system, removing the need for additional security and attendants and removing any delays to the access of your guests.

Payment Gateway
The Authzone payment gateway enables you to accept payments online.
Process payments online through the Authzone payment gateway to pay allow guests to pay for certain services such as pre-loaded credit onto their accreditation, access fees, deposits, etc.
Speak to us about our transaction fees. If you already have a payment processor, let us know and our software team may be able to develop an API that utilises your already existing merchant account.
POS/Virtual Currency
Attach our module to offer a cashless operation for your guests or event staff.
Our module can be attached to your catering business's existing POS systems to enable cashless operations for your event guests, staff, media, etc. You can configure a daily allowance in the Authzone Management System for each credential. Our module can scan both digital and physical accreditation.
If you have taken advantage of our Payment Gateway service, people with approved accreditation can use our portal to pre-load monies onto their credentials or top up their existing approved balance.
